Deep Conversations Coaching is the brain baby of a need that I had to learn to meet. Growing up, I was always taught to let things go, forgive and forget, all amazing notions but I could never stop the voice in my head. I was expressive and found it very hard to move forward after a conflict.

I HAD TO TALK ABOUT IT.
To me, every problem or conflict that gets brushed under the rug is like a wound that is covered up and bandaged without properly cleaning it. It will grow and infect you from within and soon spread to other parts of your life.
"Trauma is not what happened to you. It is what happened inside you as a result of what happened to you."
When we don't talk about trauma, we store it within and build walls around us to prevent it happening again.
Through coaching, I found a space to voice my pain, tear it apart, analyse it and learn from it. I learned acceptance of myself and my story. I realized I don't need an apology or validation from those people who hurt me.
MY HEALING WAS MY CHOICE.
My deepest healing came from being able to create safety in my relationship and within my home. I needed a space where I felt accepted, to celebrate my small wins and to hold me up when I was drowning and for that I had to learn "The Art of Deep Conversations", conversations that spoke life, love and connection. At Deep Conversations Coaching, that is what I do today.
I help couples to listen with curiosity, understand with acceptance and speak with compassion.


A few years ago, I was blessed to co-author a book, SHE INSPIRES LEADERS, with some amazing women around the world. This book is written by women to inspire sisters to become leaders in their everyday lives.
It has stories of women from different walks, at different stages, handling different challenges in their lives. A must-read for all women.
